I’m someone who firmly believes in the importance of making sure the people around you- in all aspects of life – know you appreciate them. I think it’s important to focus not only on weaknesses -but strengths too! Sometimes I like to leave a random note or gift for my staff to find in the morning. You’re always going to have employees who love it & others who could honestly care less about the little things. That’s okay. My advice to you – do it anyway! You’d be surprised how the small things can go so far 🙂
My handwriting is pretty awful, so I used these to type up the cheesy little quotes to attach to the items.
Candles are always something someone can use! You could find cheap ones at the dollar store or Wal-Mart. If you are willing to spend a little more, you can wait for Yankee Candle’s semi-annual sales and end up getting 3 of the mini ones for about $10.
Bath bombs are always fun 🙂 I waited till Bath & Body Works was having their 75% sale and grabbed a few!
Hand sanitizer is useful! I found these little “stress relief” aromatherapy ones when BB&W was having their semi-annual sale 🙂
Who doesn’t love bubbles no matter how old they are? 😉 I found these champagne bubbles on Oriental Trading when they were super discounted because they were under the New Years section. 🙂

I noticed a few of my employees bring Clif bars to work on a regular basis so I decided this would be something they would enjoy finding in their appreciation bag 🙂
